These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our website, services, machine learning consulting modules, software architectures, and custom AI enterprise integrations. 1. Services Overview

ZetronicAI provides specialized Artificial Intelligence engineering, Machine Learning model fine-tuning, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) deployments, and enterprise automation consulting. Detailed operational deliverables, timelines, and technical benchmarks are governed by individual Statements of Work (SOW) executed between ZetronicAI and the client.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a custom enterprise contract:

• Our Proprietary Assets: All software frameworks, core algorithmic code, website assets, documentation, and pre-built operational workflows developed independently by ZetronicAI remain our exclusive property.
• Client Data & Custom Models: Clients retain full ownership of their proprietary enterprise dataset inputs, private weights, and specific trained model outputs explicitly developed under paid SOW agreements.

3. Data Security & Confidentiality

ZetronicAI enforces zero-data-leakage principles for enterprise client deployments. Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all non-public technical documentation, API keys, database infrastructure credentials, and proprietary business logic shared during engagement execution.

4. User Responsibilities & Acceptable Use

When utilizing our web interface or integrated AI applications, you agree not to:

• Use any service for unlawful, fraudulent, or malicious purposes.
• Attempt prompt injection, model inversion, reverse engineering, or unauthorized penetration testing against private cloud endpoints or VPC deployments without explicit authorization.
• Bypass role-based access security controls or inject harmful code into integrated workflow channels.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ZetronicAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from system downtime, third-party API dependencies, or unauthorized external data breaches outside our direct infrastructure control.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal actions or disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Kolkata, West Bengal, India.
